Anxiety can be extremely uncomfortable and even debilitating. While we are anxious, it is impossible to be at peace. And this fearful state of mind makes it impossible to be the kind of person we want to be.
How can we overcome these problems? Is it possible to live a life free from anxiety? What practical steps can we take in the face of anxiety that will make a real, lasting difference? In this course, join us to learn Buddhist techniques that you can use both in and out of meditation to overcome anxiety and connect to the peace that is waiting in our hearts.
