The Magical Practice of Taking and Giving

Of all the scientific methods taught by Buddha to develop the capacity of our minds, one of the most transformative and magical is Taking and Giving. For centuries it was taught secretly, until the great 12th century teacher Geshe Chekhawa discovered that it could be beneficial for anyone, and taught it publicly.

In this special practice we connect with a radically pure and powerful potential within our hearts for profound love and compassion. This magical technique nurtures this potential, causing it to ripen quickly, and as a result we develop a strong mind that can bear adversity with courage, and a special experience of joy. Join us to experience a profoundly transformative meditation!
