Letting Go of Limitations

We often believe that our own capacity for love, compassion, or patience is very limited: we will never be able to cherish certain people, happily accept certain difficult circumstances, or develop deep compassion for all living beings. While our capacity for these minds may be limited right now, our potential is not. Our belief that we are so limited is actually the main thing standing in our way.

This course will explore how to identify our deepest limiting beliefs and how to overcome them. We will learn how to experience the inner spaciousness and freedom that come from letting go of these limitations and identifying with our limitless potential.
