Meditation makes our mind happy and peaceful, but it is easy to bring bad habits to it. Simple mistakes such as trying too hard, setting unrealistic expectations, and not recognizing the real progress we are making are common but easy to correct. In this course you will learn practical methods to enjoy meditating in a steady, comfortable way, so that your meditation practice will create a calm, spacious feeling in your mind, and many of your usual problems will fall away. Difficult situations will become easier to deal with, you will naturally feel warm and well disposed toward other people and your relationships with others will gradually improve.
