One of the easiest ways to develop joy in our hearts is to cultivate gratitude. A grateful heart connects us with our innate capacity for love, makes our life deeply meaningful, and can even make our mind more resilient and stable in the face of difficulties and problems.
In challenging times it can feel difficult or even impossible to connect to gratitude, but using straightforward Buddhist meditations we can invite this special attitude into our heart and experience its transformative power.
