Grace Under Pressure

When our lives are hectic and busy or we are under a lot of pressure, we tend to believe that our life itself is stressful. But in reality the stress and problems we experience come from the side of the mind. If we learn to regard difficult situations with a positive or peaceful mind, they stop being problems for us.

Transforming our attitude toward difficult situations takes patience because it is not enough to recognize the central role our mind plays in our stress; we also need to integrate this knowledge into the depths of our heart. With gentle training we can develop a deeply peaceful, flexible mind that enables us to be graceful under pressure. Come learn how to transform your mind and free yourself from stress and problems!
