Cool, Calm and Collected

It can be a struggle to keep your cool when everything seems to be going wrong. Sometimes it feels like our only way out is to fix all the problems that we see around us – an endless job.

But there is a way to maintain an inner calm when everything around us is going crazy. Buddha taught simple, practical methods to reduce and eventually eliminate our own anger and to enjoy long-lasting, true happiness. We may even inspire those around us to do the same!

Menlha Kadampa Buddhist Center is located on Coryell Street between George Street and Main Street, two blocks north of Bridge Street. There is free parking available on the other side of Main Street and starting one block north, on York Street.
