Using methods that Buddha taught, we can learn how to break bad habits and establish good ones in a way that leads to healthy self-esteem and lasting results. Especially by training in mindfulness, alertness, and conscientiousness, and through being willing to receive help, we can make lasting change in our lives and in our hearts.
