Each class begins with a guided meditation, followed by a talk on a certain topic, and ends with another guided meditation. These classes will utilize books such as How to Transform Your Life and Modern Buddhism by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, available as free ebooks.
January 2020: Looking into the Mirror of Dharma
These classes will explore the inspiring new book The Mirror of Dharma with Additions with a special focus on using the insights from the first chapter of the book to help us find peace and happiness in our daily life.

Teacher: Gen Kelsang Wangden is an American Buddhist monk and is the Resident Teacher of Menlha Buddhist Center in Lambertville, NJ. A longtime disciple of the internationally renowned Buddhist Teacher and meditation master Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Gen Wangden is known for his kind heart, joyful nature, and practical advice. He enjoys helping students of all abilities and interests understand and apply Buddhist lessons and cultivate inner peace.
