The New Eight Steps to Happiness

We are now offering a Foundation Program class in Doylestown! The program will begin with The New Eight Steps to Happiness, a commentary to Geshe Langri Tangpa’s Eight Verses of Training the Mind. Through studying and meditating on this text we gain the ability to integrate Buddha’s teachings into our daily lives and solve all our human problems.

Time: Wednesdays 7:00–9:00 pm
Beginning: Wednesday, September 6, 2017

If you are interested in trying the Foundation Program in Doylestown, you are welcome to drop in for one or two classes to see if you like it.
