No One is an Island

It is easy to feel separate from other living beings, even when we know in theory that we are connected. Our sense that we are an island bears no relation to reality. It is closer to the truth to picture ourself as a cell in the vast body of life.

How can we shift our underlying feelings from isolation to connection? Through special meditations taught by Buddha that gently melt our isolation and show us how connected we really are. In this course, Nancy Fleming will give a practical explanation of how to use these meditations.
