Lay Down Your Burden

Overcoming negativity through the traditional practice of prostrations

The beautiful, traditional practice of prostrations removes negativity and builds positive energy in our hearts. It has many levels of meaning, and brings tremendous benefits both physically and spiritually.

Because the most important prostration happens in our heart, they can be practiced by people of any age or physical ability.
