How to Forgive

Holding onto grudges is painful. Our inability to let go of past insults and other emotional wounds drains our energy and prevents us from experiencing inner peace and happiness. Most of us know this. So why do we carry our grudges with us as if they were among our most precious possessions?

Forgiveness can seem like a defeat, but in reality it is a victory over our own negativity. It frees us to let go of old wounds and move forward with our heart at peace. In this half-day course, you will learn special, practical techniques to gain this inner freedom.
