Healing the Past

Even though we may try to live in the present, we often find ourself defined by and even stuck in the past. The practice of purification is a gentle way to heal our mind of past negativity and find the inner strength and inspiration to move forward, so that we can reach our extraordinary potential.

In this half-day course, Gen Wangden will teach a special purification practice of Buddha Vajrasattva from the Oral Instructions of Mahamudra in Kadampa Buddhism. This practice is simple, gentle and powerful in healing and removing negativity.
