How to Heal a Broken Heart

Heartbreak can be a miserable, lonely experience. To cope, we often turn to distractions or superficial pleasures, but this doesn’t address the real problem. If instead we use this painful experience to look more deeply at the real causes of happiness and suffering, it can become immensely meaningful. Eventually we will discover an inexhaustible fountain of love and happiness in our own hearts.

These methods apply to many kinds of painful experience, not just heartbreak. Come learn how to connect deeply to universal love!
