One of the easiest ways to feel happy is to cultivate gratitude. When we think about the ways in which our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing depend on the support of others, we recognize the web of kindness that connects us all. And when we feel grateful, it gives us a sense of joy and connection with others. Often it seems as though we have to wait for lightning to strike in order to feel gratitude; that we must wait for something good to happen to us. But in fact, gratitude can be cultivated through simple methods taught by Buddha.
In this half-day course, come learn how easy it is to cultivate a grateful heart, and what this experience can teach us about ourselves, other living beings, and even about the true nature of reality.
