It may even invade our dreams, and we often feel that we can’t forget the problem until we solve it. Buddha explained that the opposite is true: we can’t solve a problem until we forget it. Once we let go of grasping at the problem, we can develop a peaceful, inspired state of mind that has the insight and clarity to address constructively whatever challenge remains.
