Emptiness and Impermanence

Buddha’s teachings are methods to protect ourselves and others from suffering. Underlying much of our suffering is a kind of tension or “grasping” that makes our minds inflexible, and dull. We can begin to loosen this tension through the profound yet practical meditations on emptiness and impermanence.

Through these meditations we can experience a deep sense of healing and letting go, all of our other problems will shrink, and we will be of great benefit to others. Please join us for a course on these meditations, suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
