Meditation in Lambertville – Tuesday Evenings

No experience necessary.

Each class begins with a guided meditation, followed by a talk on a certain topic, and ends with another guided meditation. These classes will utilize the book How to Transform Your Life by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, available as a free ebook.

Teacher: Gen Kelsang Wangden is an American Buddhist monk and is the Resident Teacher of Menlha Buddhist Center in Lambertville, NJ. A longtime disciple of the internationally renowned Buddhist Teacher and meditation master Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, Gen Wangden is known for his kind heart, joyful nature, and practical advice. He enjoys helping students of all abilities and interests understand and apply Buddhist lessons and cultivate inner peace.
